Contact Center Closed


ACPE’s contact center is closed Monday, March 30th for Seward’s Day. Due to a scheduled system upgrade, the contact center will also be closed on Tuesday, March 31st. As a result, account access through ACPE’s website and Interactive Voice Response System will be unavailable from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, March 30th.

The contact center will reopen Wednesday, April 1st at 10:00 am. If you need to reach our Success Center on Tuesday March 31st, please call their Anchorage phone number, 907-269-7980. We apologize for any inconvenience these closures may cause.

  • Depending on the school, fee waivers may be available to low-income applicants. If you think you may qualify for a fee waiver, contact the admission office.

  • The FAFSA is available on January 1st of each year, so file it then or shortly thereafter. The form is year-specific so make sure you file the FAFSA for the academic year in which you plan to enroll – and remember, you will need to file the renewal in each year you seek aid.
