Personal Biography:
I was itching to get out of state, but I didn’t want to go too far from family. I was lucky enough to be a National Merit Finalist, an honor I qualified for by taking the PSAT/NMSQT and then earned through an application process. The University of Idaho offers a very generous scholarship for National Merit Finalists, and was located within five hours of family (which was close, but not too close), so I decided to pursue my degree there.
