Alaska Performance Scholarship Program Participation
All postsecondary schools or training providers requesting to administer Alaska Performance Scholarship (APS) funds must be physically located in Alaska and:
- Have an established institutional authorization or exemption status with the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education.
- Submit all required documentation for program participation prior to June 30 of the year preceding the year the institution wishes to enroll students receiving APS funds.

Alaska Education Grant Program Participation
All institutions requesting to administer AlaskAdvantage Education Grant (AEG) funds must be physically located in Alaska and:
- Have an established institutional authorization or exemption status with the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education.
- Submit all required documentation for program participation

Loan Program Participation
To participate in Alaska Education Loan programs, an institution must be accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or if non-accredited, authorized for two years prior to applying for participation in the Alaska Education Loan programs.
