If you encounter technical difficulties ACPE encourages you to do the following:

1. Ensure your computer is operating one of the recommended browsers.
2. Clear your browser’s cache (temporary internet files).
3. Set your browser to accept cookies.
4. Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you have completed the steps listed above, and are still experiencing trouble with ACPE’s web site, submit the trouble ticket below. You must be signed in to submit a trouble ticket. Submitting a trouble ticket will assist ACPE's Technical Development Team to quickly and effectively identify and resolve any technical difficulties you are experiencing.
