The Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education will mail your 1098-E tax statement to you by January 31, 2024, if you paid more than $600 in qualifying student loan interest under a single Tax Identification Number (TIN) from January 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023.
American Education Services will have information related to interest payments made from April 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Please refer to the Tax FAQ webpage on AES’s website for more information.
