The Alaska Performance Scholarship (APS) rewards students who strive to excel in high school and continue their education in degree and certificate programs in Alaska. This report covers the high school, postsecondary, Alaska residency, and workforce outcomes of the APS program between Fall 2011-2025.
This 10 year program review of the Alaska Performance Scholarship delivers a comprehensive review of APS recipients, eligibility, access, and challenges. In addition to a program overview, this report also includes various recommendations to enhance and improve the reach of the Alaska Performance Scholarship.
